OrthoIndy is pleased to announce the opening of its newest clinic, urgent care and physical therapy facility in Center Grove. The facility is located at 1579 Olive Branch Parke Lane, Greenwood, Indiana 46143.

OrthoIndy Center Grove Clinic
The OrthoIndy clinic features 10 exam rooms and X-ray. Patients can schedule an appointment with an OrthoIndy specialist for any of our orthopedic services. OrthoIndy physicians practicing at Center Grove include: Drs. Robert Falendar, Jack Farr, Scott Gudeman, Benjamin Justice, David Steinberg and George Vestermark.
OrthoIndy Center Grove Urgent Care
OrthoIndy Urgent Care provides immediate access to bone, joint and muscle care without scheduling an appointment. OrthoIndy Urgent Care is intended for patients with very recent injuries, sprains or broken bones (fractures).
OrthoIndy Center Grove Physical Therapy
The physical therapy services include treatment of all upper and lower extremity orthopedic injuries, post-operative upper/lower extremity rehab, treatment of sports-related injuries, joint mobilization, spinal stabilization and core strengthening programs. In most cases, a referral is not needed for physical therapy services.
