This update is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the patient experience, both inside and outside our clinics.

How It Works
When you call OrthoIndy at 317.802.2000, our AI-assisted automated agent will be available to help schedule, cancel, reschedule and confirm clinic appointments. The system will guide you step by step, matching you with the right orthopedic provider and time slot.
If the automated agent cannot complete your request, you will be transferred to a live agent. You may also request to speak with a live representative at any time during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm). If a live agent is requested or required after hours, you will be asked to call back during regular business hours. Examples of situations where AI cannot provide assistance include acute trauma or specific insurance requirements.
Important: After-hours clinic scheduling is not intended for emergent issues. If it is an emergency, please call 911.
