The Indianapolis-based practice was recognized for excellence across six pillars, including work-life balance, compensation and benefits, career development and workplace culture.
OrthoIndy is proud to be part of Newsweek’s 2026 list of America’s Greatest Midsize Workplaces in Health Care. The organization was the only orthopedic practice in Indiana recognized on the 2026 list.
America’s Greatest Midsize Workplaces in Health Care honors healthcare employers demonstrating excellence in workplace culture, employee satisfaction and ethical business practices and was developed by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights and Aniline, a leading human resources analytics company.
Rankings were based on employee feedback, with Newsweek and its partners analyzing more than 1.3 million online reviews from U.S.-based organizations. Organizations were evaluated across six key pillars, including work-life balance, compensation and benefits, career development, and workplace culture.
The recognition reflects OrthoIndy’s continued investment in creating a workplace where employees feel supported, have opportunities to grow and are equipped to provide exceptional care to patients.
“We’re honored to receive this recognition,” said Dr. Matthew Lavery, president and CEO of OrthoIndy. “Because this recognition is based on employee feedback, it is especially meaningful to us, and we don’t take it for granted. We know creating a great workplace is an ongoing effort, and we’re committed to continually listening, learning and improving. That commitment goes hand in hand with our mission of providing exceptional, comprehensive orthopedic care at a standard of service we would insist upon for our own family and friends.”
