OrthoIndy is proud to announce a new addition to its executive leadership team. Lori Stark, MSN, RN, CNS, ONC, will serve as Chief Nursing Officer of OrthoIndy Hospital and its clinical operations.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role and continue collaborating with the incredible team at OrthoIndy,” said Lori. “I’m passionate about creating environments where patients, physicians and staff thrive, and I look forward to contributing to OrthoIndy’s legacy of excellence in orthopedic care.”
A healthcare leader with an incredible depth of experience and dedication to patient-centered care, Lori joined OrthoIndy in early 2024 as an inpatient nurse, where she built relationships with patients and staff. She has over 20 years of nursing and leadership experience, having most recently led hospital-based Telehealth care delivery and, prior to that, the clinical programs of the Orthopedic Service Line at IU Health. Earlier in her career, she also served as an orthopedic clinical nurse specialist and in other leadership roles at Ascension St. Vincent.
In addition to her extensive professional experience, Lori is committed to using her expertise to give back. She volunteers with Team Hope in Motion, supporting total joint replacement surgeries in Guatemala and has previously served in Nicaragua and Cuba.
“Lori’s expertise and passion for patient care make her an outstanding leader for our clinical operations,” said John Ryan, CEO of OrthoIndy. “Her hands-on experience and thoughtful approach will ensure that OrthoIndy continues to set the standard for exceptional orthopedic care.”
Lori officially began her role as CNO on November 18.
