District employees and covered family members can access walk-in orthopedic urgent care at five convenient Central Indiana locations
INDIANAPOLIS – OrthoIndy, a leading orthopedic practice specializing in bone, joint, spine and muscle care, has announced a new partnership with the Metropolitan School District (M.S.D.) of Wayne Township to provide district employees and their covered family members with access to OrthoIndy’s Urgent Care Clinics (UCCs) at no out-of-pocket cost for certain covered services.
Through this new partnership, employees and their family members enrolled in the district’s health plan can receive treatment for recent bone, joint or muscle injuries at any of OrthoIndy’s UCCs— ensuring high-quality orthopedic care is never far from home.

OrthoIndy’s UCCs treat patients of all ages for recent non-life-threatening injuries such as sprains, strains, minor fractures, sports injuries and back pain — no appointment required. The service is designed to provide faster, more cost-effective orthopedic care by eliminating long wait times and unnecessary ER visits. If it’s determined a specialist is needed, the patient will be referred to an OrthoIndy orthopedic physician at the location of their choice.
